The following projects have been completed or participated in. While land planning is concerned with the arrangement  of compatible land uses, master planning further determines the footprint and size of multiple  facilities and the basic infrastructure necessary to serve them.  Urban design goes into the realm of higher densities where control of uses in three dimensions is sought as well as streets, sidewalks and open space. Thereby urban design often determines the 'character' and basic physical attributes of the plan.  Len King Architecture Planning was the architect of record for those indicated by *LKAP*.
