A five story, 150,000 s.f. office building for professional tenants. Done in conjunction with M.Lynn and Associates, Architects.

      Atlantic Savings & Loan, Summit, NJ.;  a 3000 sf. store front branch with drive in facilities. Architect of record was Chapman & Biber, Summit, NJ.

California Federal Savings & Loan branch banks; 12 prototype buildings for various locations in the  southeast US. Both freestanding and in line storefronts. Architect of record was Chapman & Biber, Summit, NJ.

Shopping Centers:

Clifton Country Mall, Clifton Park, NY. Architect of record was the Silver Group, Nyack, NY.
